Staff move on, logos change and rebrands happen, and old badges end up in a drawer or the bin. Send your old name badges and reusable badges back to us instead. We send the wood to a recycling centre and re-use the pins, clips and magnets in new badges.

How it works
Email us
Email sales@badgeking.co.nz with your PO number, how many badges you're sending, and whether they're Badge King badges or from another supplier.
Courier them to us
Pack the badges and courier them to Badge King, 3a/45 The Concourse, Henderson, Auckland. You arrange and pay for the courier.
We recycle & re-use
When they arrive at our Henderson factory, we take the badges apart. The wood goes to recycling and the fittings are re-used.

Other suppliers' badges
Badges made by another supplier cost $1 each to recycle. If you're not sure, send us a photo of the front and back and we'll check.
No problem
Send them all together. Just give us a rough idea of how many are ours and how many are from other suppliers.

What happens to the badges?
We take each badge apart. Wooden fronts go to a recycling centre, and the pins, clips and magnets are re-used in new badges.
Which badges can I send?
Name badges and reusable badges, whether we made them or another supplier did. If you're not sure, email a photo of the front and back to sales@badgeking.co.nz and we'll let you know.
How do I know if they're Badge King badges?
If you ordered them from us, they're ours. If you're not sure, send us a photo of the back of a badge and we'll check.
Who pays for the courier?
You do. Please arrange and pay for the courier to our factory at 3a/45 The Concourse, Henderson, Auckland.
Do I need to remove the names or logos?
No. Send them as they are and we'll take care of it.
Can we order replacement badges at the same time?
Yes. Let us know in your email and we'll send you a free proof and quote for your new badges. You can also place an order online.
