How reusable badges work
Each badge has three parts, so you can change a name in seconds:
1. The badge plate
A steel plate in white, silver or gold, printed with your logo and branding.
2. The lens cover
A shatterproof, optically clear domed cover that snaps on over the name insert. Lift it off, swap the name and snap it back on. If a cover gets damaged, you can replace it.
3. The fastener
Choose a clip, pin or magnet.
Two sizes: 60mm × 20mm and 75mm × 25mm.
When a new staff member starts, put their name on a fresh insert and reuse the badge. You don't need to send another order to New Zealand each time someone joins.
Delivery to the Pacific Islands
Every order is made in Auckland and sent by international express courier to your door, usually arriving in around 5 working days. We'll include the freight cost in your quote.

Questions
Do you charge GST on Pacific orders?
No. Orders shipped from New Zealand to Fiji, Samoa or the Cook Islands are exports, so no NZ GST is charged. Your local customs may charge import duty or VAT on arrival.
What currency do you quote in?
All quotes and invoices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD), including freight.
How long does delivery take?
Express courier delivery to Fiji, Samoa and the Cook Islands usually takes around 5 working days. Outer islands can take a little longer. If you need your badges by a set date, let us know when you ask for a quote.
Can we change staff names ourselves?
Yes. That's what reusable badges are for. Lift off the clear lens cover, swap the name insert and snap the cover back on.
